Holding Company

I will be incorporating a holding company shortly for my activities in commodities markets.

This company will engage in a joint venture to explore opportunities in emerging markets. 

The joint venture is positioned to become one of the world's largest private integrated producers and market makers of commodities globally. 

The venture will not seek outside liquidity and will be supported by a private fund operated by my venture partner trading in derivatives markets.

The venture will employ an integrated management system.

The venture will use Islamic banking services ensuring that proceedings are from a halal source of income. This will be audited by external firms. 

The venture is distribute 10% of yearly profit before distribution to venture partners as zakat.

The venture is focused on long term relationship building with key external stakeholders.

The venture will engage auditors to produce statements of factual findings for holdings as it develops.
